Refund Policy
Medical Conditions: If you have a medical condition that could be triggered or made worse by diving, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us for more information and to start the medical review process.
Trip Cancellations: We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your trip. Here's our general cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days in advance will receive an 85% refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip start time will receive a 50% refund.
We understand that unexpected things can happen, so we may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Just contact us and we'll work with you.
Trip Changes: If your trip gets canceled due to something on our end, you'll have the option of a full refund or rescheduling your trip for a later date at no extra charge. You'll need to reschedule within 24 hours of the original trip date.
Important: Please allow 1-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. The exact timeline may depend on your payment method.
