Location
The eastern flank of Small Giftun is one of the area's best drift dives — a steep wall and plateau that catch the current head-on. When it is running you fly along the reef past big gorgonian fans while Napoleons and groupers hold station and tuna or reef sharks cruise the blue. It is fast, exposed and exhilarating, and strictly for divers who are at home in current.
